Aerialoop
Optimized Experience, Elevated Impact
Aerialoop’s digital experience reimagined—elevating brand visibility, scaling performance, and driving 16,500% traffic growth within 30 days.
Note: To preserve the original UX and performance improvements, I rebuilt portions of the site in Framer—ensuring a reference point for the intended design.

Breaking Barriers in Drone Logistics
Aerialoop, a pioneering South American drone company, aimed to expand into the North American market with a bold vision: a scalable, sustainable drone delivery network.
Yet, their digital presence failed to reflect their innovation, creating barriers to market credibility and engagement.
What They Needed
A clearer brand narrative
Streamlined UX and accessibility
Optimized performance for credibility and growth
Roadblocks to Expansion
Aerialoop’s website was limiting its ability to scale. Key issues included:
Brand Disconnect: The site didn’t reflect Aerialoop’s cutting-edge innovation, limiting credibility in the U.S. market.
User Friction: Poor accessibility, responsiveness, and content clarity led to low engagement.
Performance Issues: Slow mobile load times and sluggish UX hurt retention.
Complex Messaging: Technical jargon confused potential clients.
Platform Constraints: Wix Studio was not scalable long-term, but client familiarity with Wix and e-commerce prioritization drove the decision.
Strategic Objectives
To enable market expansion, the new website needed to be faster, clearer, and more impactful. The core objectives were:
Enhance Digital Performance: Improve mobile load time by 30% and optimize speed for engagement.
Tell a Stronger Brand Story: Develop compelling narratives, case studies, and social proof to build credibility.
Increase User Engagement: Reduce bounce rates, improve scroll depth, and boost time on key pages.
Boost Discoverability: Optimize SEO for drone-related keywords to drive organic traffic.
Showcase Sustainability and Cost Efficiency: Highlight Aerialoop’s 90% reduction in CO₂ emissions and a $0.04 cost per order per kilometer.
Decoding the Digital Experience
To craft a scalable and effective experience, we analyzed user behavior, competitors, and site performance. The findings were:
Benchmarking: Initially references Sandvik’s UX strategy, but stakeholder pivots required shifting towards SpaceX’s approach.
User Feedback and Stakeholder Insights: Identified a disconnect between Aerialoop’s innovation and its digital representation.
Analytics Review: Microsoft Clarity data revealed high bounce rates, low engagement, and slow performance.
Designing for Clarity, Speed, and Scale
Armed with these insights, we executed a multi-faceted UX strategy to transform Aerialoop’s digital presence:
Platform Transition and Tradeoffs: Navigating Wix Studio’s inefficiencies while balancing client’s e-commerce pivot.
Messaging Overhaul: Streamlined technical jargon, refined storytelling, and enhanced content clarity.
Enhanced Visual and Accessibility Standards: Improved contrast, legibility, and brand consistency for an engaging experience.
Visual and Branding Refinements: Fixed logo vector issues, misaligned typography, and inconsistent color palette for a future-ready identity.
Measurable Impact
The biggest wins were (as of February 2025):
16,500% increase in unique visitors within 30 days.
19,633% increase in site sessions.
Higher SEO rankings for drone-related searches.
Improved user interaction with key content areas.
Note: Post-launch client modifications may not fully reflect the original design intent and performance gains.
Lessons and Key Takeaways
By addressing real-world challenges, I gained valuable insights into scaling UX and brand experience. The key lessons were:
Managing Stakeholder Shifts: Despite efforts to align on UX strategy, shifting priorities led to inefficiencies. Earlier commitment to a long-term vision could have prevented delays.
Choosing the Right Platform Matters: While Wix Studio’s limitations created inefficiencies, Framer is recommended for future scalability.
Flexibility is Key to Success: Adapting to client pivots while maintaining UX integrity was crucial.
Final Thoughts
This project reinforced the power of strategic UX, performance-driven design, and brand storytelling in scaling emerging tech solutions.
Despite stakeholder pivots and platform constraints, the final UX strategy significantly enhanced visibility, engagement, and brand clarity.
While the live site may no longer fully reflect the shipped design, the Framer prototype preserves the original vision—an adaptable, high-performing, and scalable digital experience that aligns with Aerialoop’s mission.
